we prefer flat rates (as much as possible), because who doesn't want to know up front how much it is going to cost? but we'll let you choose (for the most part) how you want to be billed. we offer flat-rate monthly plans that all include unlimited communications about routine business stuff. because literally EVERYTHING can be a legal issue. we handle the legal end, while you focus on what you do best. |

Founding Attorney
There's no bull about it – Malini thrives on innovation and personal experience. After working in the legal field for years, it was motherhood that was the catalyst for creating her own estate plan. During that process, she realized that estate planning is more complicated as a business owner. This a-ha moment inspired her to do the same for her business clients. Her deep understanding of business gives her an advantage that many estate planners do not. Years of experience in federal and state government and private sector provide her with broad perspectives and allows her to more completely serve families and business owners in a streamlined manner.
As the founding member of Ganvir Law LLC, Malini maintains responsibility for daily operations of the firm. Malini courageously integrates technology in her practice, allowing her more time to create tailored solutions and resolve issues to offer a better experience for her clients. She spends time with her clients to truly understand their needs, and then uses attention to detail, comprehensive research, and systematic analysis to provide focused, practical legal solutions to cultivate the seeds necessary for any successful business or estate plan. She prides herself on serving as trusted counsel for her clients.
A native of Salisbury, Maryland, Malini loves the outdoors, traveling, reading, and puzzles. She'll never pass up an in-depth philosophical conversation! Together with her husband, Kevin, they have a young son, Roman, a 5 year-old Havenese named Luna, and a 4 year-old tabby cat named Maya.
