you don't have time for bull. yeah, we don't either.
so let's cut the crap.
we're not here to tell you what you want to hear. we are going to tell you like it is, because that's our job—to tell you the legal options and consequences. so you can make the decisions that work for you. we stick to the legal stuff.
we're just nerds that enjoy drafting and reviewing contracts. designing estate plans. negotiating deals. getting business transactions done. solving problems. reducing risk. protecting family wealth and legacies. and doing things right.
we firmly believe in the no-bull approach to law. we've taken what clients hate about law firms and done our best to cut the crap.
quick responses. flat rates as much as possible. we listen. keep you informed. no fancy offices. as paperless as possible. we care. our goal for families is to get the right plan in place to protect you and your loved ones, peroid. our goal for businesses is to reduce risk and to get the deal done, not kill it.
we speak to you in English, not legalese. we know the difference between legal, personal, and business advice, and we only offer legal.
we enjoy it. because we're nerds.
we take the time to get to know you, your family, and your business. because if we don't, how can we give good advice that works for you?
married. single. kids or no kids. blended. if you call yourselves a family, you're a family.
resturants. hotels. videographers. makeup artists. working in the service and hospitality industry.
prime contractors. subcontractors. usually small businesses. working in the government space.
general contractors. subcontractors. suppliers. working in the construction industry.
consultants. doctors. architects. engineers. working in professional services.
sellers. buyers. landlords. tenants. working in the commercial & residential markets.
we provide legal advice to businesses and families. ideally before bad things happen. but we all know that is not always the case. we:
create legacies. form entities. add & remove partners. corporate formalities. buy & sell other entities.
draft. review. negotiate. all kinds of contracts and estate plans.
reduce risks & potential liabilities. to help protect what you're building.
help companies grow. expand your market share. from startup to where you want to go.
deal with the laws so you don't have to. you can just focus on your business & personal life.
working together, we solve problems before they escalate.
Rates |
|
we prefer flat rates (as much as possible), because who doesn't want to know up front how much it is going to cost? but we'll let you choose (for the most part) how you want to be billed. we offer flat-rate monthly plans that all include unlimited communications about routine business stuff. because literally EVERYTHING can be a legal issue. we handle the legal end, while you focus on what you do best. |
|
Time |
|
we watch the clock. not for billable hours though. because we don't want to waste your time, or ours. we spend as much time as needed to get the job done right, and then move on. |

things happen fast for businesses. we respond as quickly as possible, because no one likes to be left hanging. and we use technology to make it easier. |
There's no bull about it – Malini thrives on innovation and personal experience. After working in the legal field for years, it was motherhood that was the catalyst for creating her own estate plan. During that process, she realized that estate planning is more complicated as a business owner. This a-ha moment inspired her to do the same for her business clients. Her deep understanding of business gives her an advantage that many estate planners do not. Years of experience in federal and state government and private sector provide her with broad perspectives and allows her to more completely serve families and business owners in a streamlined manner.
As the founding member of Ganvir Law LLC, Malini maintains responsibility for daily operations of the firm. Malini courageously integrates technology in her practice, allowing her more time to create tailored solutions and resolve issues to offer a better experience for her clients. She spends time with her clients to truly understand their needs, and then uses attention to detail, comprehensive research, and systematic analysis to provide focused, practical legal solutions to cultivate the seeds necessary for any successful business or estate plan. She prides herself on serving as trusted counsel for her clients.
A native of Salisbury, Maryland, Malini loves the outdoors, traveling, reading, and puzzles. She'll never pass up an in-depth philosophical conversation! Together with her husband, Kevin, they have a young son, Roman, a 5 year-old Havenese named Luna, and a 4 year-old tabby cat named Maya.
